The Feedbackly app is built for iPads so we do recommend using iPads if you wish to use tablets to collect feedbacks from customers on an device.
Note: it is possible to publish the survey on a link channel, and then simply open the link in the internet browser of any device. The user experience in e.g a retail store is not as smooth as with the iPad though.
If you go with this solution please remember to set the redirect settings of the survey, so that after a reply the survey goes back to the start, as this is not set by default in the link channels.
