You can change the channel rights of a user by going into the organisation tab and selecting which channel groups a user can see. Only organisation admins can see these options.
If you already have rights to that channel group but still cant see the survey (if the survey still hasn't got feedbacks), ask your colleague to make the survey public for other users in your organisation.
