You can create user groups in your Feedbackly organization to make it easier to manage incoming customer feedback.
To create a user group:
1. Go to the 'organization' tab of your dashboard
2. Click on the 'User groups' tab at the top of the screen
3. Name your user group and click '+'
To add a user to a user group:
1. Go to the 'Organization' tab of your dashboard
2. Click on users and select the user you would like to assign to a user group
3. Scroll down to 'Inbox settings' and select 'only feedback assigned to user group via notifications, and select the user group
