In order to send your surveys via an SMS message, you must add SMS credits to your account to cover the costs of the service provider sending fees.
To add SMS Credit to your account:
1. Create a survey by going to the 'surveys' tab
2. Continue to the 'Channel Selection' tab, where you should either create a new SMS channel, or select an existing SMS channel.
3. Continue to the 'SMS Settings' tab
4. Click the 'TOP UP' button at the bottom of the screen
