2. Click the 'Channel Management' tab on the left side of the screen
3. Click 'New feedback channel'
4. Select the 'QR Code' channel type
4. Download QR Code by clicking on the download icon and insert it into your print material or any other customer-facing content
5. You're all set to collect feedback with your new QR code
