From time to time, you may encounter issues with the Feedbackly app. The most common issues are usually resolved by rebooting your iPad.


To reboot an iPad:


1. Hold down the lock button until you see the 'Power Off' options

2. Slide to power off the device

3. Wait 15 second

4. Hold the lock button again until the apple logo appears

5. Open the Feedbackly App and resume setup
