If you signed up via the Feedbackly iPad App, the instructions are as follows:
2. Click the 'surveys' tab on the left hand side of the screen
3. Select 'new survey' and name your survey
4. Create your survey and click on 'channel selection' at the bottom of the screen
5. Select the channel called 'Your iPad'
6. Click 'review and confirmation' at the bottom of the screen
7. Click 'publish now' and your survey will automatically appear on your iPad
If you signed up via our website
2. Click the 'surveys' tab
3. Select 'new survey' and name your survey
4. Create your survey and click on 'channel selection' at the bottom of the screen
5. Under 'create new channels' enter the name of your channel (eg: Retail iPad) and choose the channel type 'Feedback Kiosk', and click 'create'
6. Click 'publish settings' at the bottom of the screen. Write down the authorization code you see here
7. Click 'review and confirmation' at the bottom of the screen
8. Click 'publish now'
9. Open the app and click on the "I already have an authorization code"
10. Enter the authorization code into the app and your survey will appear on your iPad ready to collect feedback
