You can decide how long to store respondent data in your Feedbackly account. You can choose to store the data for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years, or to never delete the data.

To automatically delete your respondent data:

1. Go to the 'Organization' tab in your dashboard

2. In 'Settings', scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "Contact information retention"

3. Use the dropdown menu to select the amount of time to retain your data

4. Lastly remember to click 'save'.
